Where you are in the financial year

1 July to 30 June

Quarterly BAS and tax return dates are for people who lodge themselves. A registered tax or BAS agent can often get you more time.

Built by accountants who do this every day

CFPilot is built by two accountants: a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a CPA who is also a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). Both hold master's degrees and have spent years in accounting firms and in-house finance teams, building budgets, forecasts and financial analysis for growing businesses. These are the tools we wish every small business had.

    Checked like a real model

Every formula traced, totals that tie, and checks that flag when something doesn't add up.

    Australian from the start

Built around the 1 July to 30 June year, GST, quarterly BAS and super.

    Yours to keep and change

No subscriptions to open your own files. Change them to suit your business.

    Questions

Do the models work in Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes. Each model comes in both formats, with no macros, so it opens on Windows, Mac and in a browser.

Can I change a model to suit my business?

Yes. Once you buy a model it is yours to use and change in your own business. Please don't resell or share the files.

    Is this tax advice?

No. CFPilot gives templates, tools and estimates. Check anything you lodge with your registered tax agent or BAS agent.

When will the models be ready?

The 13-week cash flow forecast is first. Join the waitlist and you'll hear as soon as it's available.
