Questions
Where is my data kept?
On your own phone or computer, in the browser. CFPilot doesn't receive your subscriptions, amounts or receipts. Save a backup in Subroo's settings before you change phones.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Open Subroo in Safari or Chrome. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like an app.
Does it lodge my BAS or tax return?
No. Subroo organises your records and gives estimates. You, your tax agent or your BAS agent lodge with the ATO.
Can I use it if I'm not a sole trader?
Yes. The free version suits anyone who wants to keep track of bills and subscriptions. The tax-time features are aimed at people with an ABN.
