Terms of use
Last updated 8 November 2026
Draft for review. Have this checked before CFPilot starts charging.
These terms apply when you use CFPilot’s website, financial models, tools (including Subroo) and courses, run by a sole trader trading as CFPilot (ABN to be added). By using them, you agree to these terms.
General information, not advice
CFPilot organises your records and gives estimates, such as business-use totals and GST. It is general information only and isn't tax, financial or legal advice. It doesn't lodge anything with the ATO. Check figures with your registered tax agent or BAS agent before relying on them.
Financial models and courses
When you buy a model or course, you may use it and change it for your own business or work. Please don't resell, share or publish the files or course material. Check a model's results before relying on them; you are responsible for the figures you put in and the decisions you make.
Your records
Your information is stored on your own device. You are responsible for keeping backups. CFPilot can't recover data that has been deleted from your device.
Paid plans
Paid plans will be described on the pricing page before you buy, including the price and what is included. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and changes
CFPilot aims to keep its tools available and working, but can't promise they will always be free of errors or interruptions. These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, CFPilot isn't liable for losses that come from relying on estimates or from data lost on your device, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CFPilot in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
